Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Dailivion from Skryxelltrphoniu when consumer protection rules in Sweden and the EU require a clear withdrawal and return process.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract starting the day you receive the goods, unless an exception applies (for example sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection reasons once opened, where permitted by law).
